Hilariously graphic book. Read it a couple of times within the span of a few years (it’s a demanding read, both in prose and content). Alternatively, I’ve watched the film adaptation more times than I can remember (including the initial theatrical run in 2000 as well as 2 DVD versions since then). And to this day, Patrick Bateman remains as Christian Bale’s tour-de-force acting performance (he more than deserves all the mainstream success he’s been experiencing as of late).
