This is the juiciest bone that the WWE has thrown to the wrestling nerds since Money in the Bank in July (an early Christmas gift, no doubt). Congratulations to Bryan Danielson (aka Daniel Bryan) on his first and well-deserved world heavyweight title reign (a decade in the making). And props to Punk for retaining in a wonderfully laid out triple threat title match (and I usually don’t like triple threat matches). See WWE? Good things indeed happen when you put actual wrestling into your product. Also, there’s only 6 days to go until Giftmas! And although I have yet to finish my shopping or wrap anything, “it doesn’t matter!” (c) Rock. Because look at who the 2 top champions in the pro-wrestling industry currently are. A job well done, boys.
