MJ rehearsing for the This Is It tour, at the Staples Center on the Tuesday evening before his untimely passing. The King looks great here and is clearly a million times the dancer at 50 than I ever will be at any age. In particular, I love the She Drives Me Wild medley (with the horn-honking gesture and all). I also understand that dancers don’t go full-on out during the practices, so just imagine how incredible MJ would have looked and moved when the spotlight would’ve been on him for real in London a couple of weeks from now. I have no doubt that the Michael of old would have returned to kick some serious ass on stage. But imagine is all we can do now. This video shows a glimpse of the comeback that could have been. And it breaks a billion hearts in the process.
