Thank you @danharmon for bringing this amazing flier being  posted around a college campus to our attention.

This is precisely why we can’t have nice shows. Because viewers (unlike myself) have been regularly watching something else on Thursdays at 8PM. There are very few programs out there that have inspired me to geekily write endless paragraphs of comments on my own Miso check-ins detailing my undying appreciation for the staggering amount of genius that the cast & crew cram into the half hour of cerebral situational comedy that is Community: a thinking person’s show (with a heart) that will make you laugh, whether you get many of the obscure references or not (and you don’t even have to pay those worthwhile HBO prices!). On the other hand, if you’re a fan who DLs new Community eps and/or records them on your D/PVR for later viewing, at least try to have your box/TV tuned into the channel at the allotted time so the clueless network execs can get the irrelevant ratings that they demand over a quality product.
This past week’s programming shake-up announcement is definitely the worst decision by NBC since the brutal Conan/Tonight Show fiasco. Community (edit: and The Roots on Late Night) is pretty much the only reason why I tune into the No Brains Clearly network these days. And although said puzzling decision to “bench” (which unofficially means that a program will not be renewed without having to use the dreaded “cancel” term) Community in January has already been made, the viewership can at least ensure that this brilliant, under-appreciated show has strong support throughout the remainder of its third (and most likely final) season, while perhaps convincing those culture-less execs to miraculously green light a fourth season (a truly sweet bonus that would be). So please, do your part to #SaveCommunity (You Should!).
